Elected Officers

Chapter Director
The role of the Director is to provide general leadership to the local organization and correspond with the national organization. Term is 2 years and may be reelected for three consecutive terms.

Assistant Director For Recruiting
This office has two roles: 1) Encourage people to attend meetings. This includes coordinating the mailings to the members four times a year. 2) Support the Director and replace the Director if he/she is unable to be present at a meeting or is unable to continue as the Director. Term is 2 years and may be reelected for three consecutive terms.

Coordinator For Planning
The Corrdinator for Planning has two basic responsibilities. The selection of topics for the chapter meeting, in consultation with the board of Chapter officers, and recruiting volunteers to present at the meeting. Term is 1 year and may be reelected for unlimited number of terms.

Animator For Koinonia
The Animator For Koinonia (fellowship) coordinates activities that make and build community through social and prayer times. Term is 1 year and may be reelected for unlimited number of terms.

Secretary/Treasurer
This office keeps records of the meetings along with the minutes of the business portion. Dues are collecting and recorded by this office. The Secretary/Treasurer also submits the NPM Publication Submission Form and Dues Allocation Form. Term is 2 years and may be reelected for three consecutive terms.
